Materials

100% Responsible Wool Standard (RWS) certified Australian Merino Lambswool.

The Merino Lambswool measures 19.5 microns and is classified as superfine, meaning the wool fibre is resilient with a lofty and soft feel. This garment is a reverse-jersey stitch knitted on a 5-gauge flatbed knitting machine.

The RWS certification is an industry tool which ensures progressive land management and upholds animal welfare standards. Importantly, RWS ensures sheep are not mulesed.

Manufacturing

We engage specialist independant and reliable factories who share our uncompromising standards of quality.

This piece is made at our fully-fashioned knitting mill located in Jiaxing City, an hour south of Shanghai, China. Each year, our Director of Production visits our partners in China to quality control and ensure their practices meet our exacting ethical standards.
